My grandmother loves to keep an abundance of apples in the house. Somehow it went over board and allowed for me to create her a treat that she can eat.

I like having everything measured out before starting to keep me organized. Part of cooking it also finding out what process works best for you. This recipes is perfect for 6 to 4 serving depending on how large you like your slices.

I love the aroma once all of the ingredients have been combined. After this its just a waiting game for it to come out of the oven.

I add the drizzle of honey to give it a nice caramelization on the crumble, right as I take it out of the oven.

Let it rest. Then serve and enjoy!
