Strawberry Bliss

When the temperature rises , so does my cravings for strawberries . The family was coming over and I wanted to have something sweet and refreshing for everyone while we hung out by the pool.

No-Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake ! On hot days we all need a cool slice of strawberry heaven. The recipe is simple and just needs time for it to get the right consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sm. cartons of strawberries
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cans of Reddi wip non- dairy coconut milk ( Can use wip of your preference or cool whip)

Method

  1. Spray a spreadable amount of reddi wip topping on the bottom of a 7×12-inch baking pan.
  2. Place five graham cracker sheets down the middle and break two more sheets into crackers to fit down the sides.
  3. Lightly cover the top of the graham crackers with more reddi wip topping and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat three times, until you have three layers of graham crackers.
  5. Last layer, wip topping , with strawberries placed (be creative or just scatter) and graham cracker crumbles.
  6. Refrigerate covered for at least four hours, or until the crackers have softened completely.
